(KSL News) -- An Orem couple has filed a suit against Wal-mart, claiming the retailer violated Utah's truth in advertising laws.
Brandon and Tonya Barker claim the store promised low prices on certain items at an after Thanksgiving sale and then did not have enough of the items and did not offer rainchecks. They claim that violates the truth in advertising laws because they did not stipulate supplies were limited.
Wal-mart has not commented on the suit.
