(KSL News) Kindergarten students from Christian Heritage Schools got the chance to give stuffed animals to police officers and firefighters today. It is part of the school's "Serve-a-thon" where each class does a service project.
One class decided to gather stuffed animals and give them to the Riverdale Police and Fire Departments. The firefighters and police officers give the stuffed animals to young children who have been through frightening experiences.

While the students were there, they also got a lesson in safety.
