(KSL News) Celebrations surrounding Veterans Day have already begun to honor those who've served in the military.
Eleven veterans were honored at the University of Utah today for their service during World War II in the Army, Navy and Air Force. They all received medallions in full military dress.
After the ceremony, everyone was invited to experience the music of the big band era. The event was part of the university's Veteran's Day celebrations that run through tomorrow.
