(KSL News) Salt Lake City residents have a new option when it comes to landscaping, courtesy of the city.
Property owners now can sign an agreement with the city, and the city will plant a tree on the property.
The tree with have a city designation, making it eligible for all services given to public trees.
Officials say the move is meant to promote a healthier urban forest and improve the environment.
