(KSL News) A propane leak forced an evacuation and closed some roads for awhile tonight in Salt Lake City.
A strong smell of gas in the air was reported around 1800 South and 700 West. Firefighters found a leaking 500-gallon tank of propane at the Steelco building.
They shut it off and cleared nearby buildings. Eight people were evacuated from nearby businesses and two from a home.
