Photo: North Park Police Department(KSL News) A Cache County teenager died in a rollover that sent seven other people to Logan hospitals.

The driver of the Chevrolet Suburban hit a curb after swerving to avoid a vehicle on U.S. Route 9. The SUV rolled, ejecting three passengers.

Police say 17-year-old Andrew Keith Hyer died from injuries Monday. The other people in the vehicle were taken to the hospital, but didn't have life-threatening injuries.

Police may seek charges against the driver who pulled out in front of them.
