(KSL News) The West Nile season has come to an end in Utah, and by all accounts it was pretty mild.
The State Department of Health says one person died and another became seriously ill after contracting the disease this year.
Overall, 68 cases of the illness were reported in humans. That is down significantly from the 158 cases last year.
West Nile is spread by mosquitoes and was first seen in Utah four years ago.
