SUNSET — A fatal automobile accident shut down the southbound I-15 Monday.
At 7 p.m., a vehicle traveling north crossed over the median at milepost 338 near Roy. The female driver, Eva Trump, 41, of Morgan, was killed after the vehicle hit the side of a semitruck traveling north, Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson said.
Southbound I-15 was closed around milepost 338 as crews worked to clear the area. Johnson said UHP did not yet know why the vehicle crossed the median. There were no other injuries reported.
