(KSL News) Gov. Jon Huntsman wants the state government to set the example for employing people with disabilities.

Today, Huntsman announced an executive order that will actively pursue disabled workers. He said Utah is almost fully employed, but thousands of people with disabilities remain unemployed or underemployed.

Huntsman said the state government will take the lead in hiring from Utah's disabled population and will actively recruit disabled workers through career fairs and a statewide effort.
