(KSL News) A Salt Lake City man has pleaded guilty to a hit-and-run accident involving a cyclist in Dell Canyon.

Dallon Loertscher, 23, was cycling in Dell Canyon July 28 when he was hit by a car and left on the side of the road. A witness helped lead police to Joaquin Estrada-Orsino, who later admitted he was involved and that he'd replaced the damaged windshield on his vehicle.

Orsino pleaded guilty to charges of failing to stop and obstructing justice and faces up to a year in jail on each count.
