(KSL News) Utah has the lowest rate of DUI fatalities in the nation, but that doesn't mean the number of deaths is going down.
According to a report from the Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, the number of DUI fatalities rose from 45 to 66 between 2005 and 2006. However, that is still much lower than the national average.
The report also showed a slight increase in the number of DUI arrests being made over the year.
