(KSL News) Choosing the winner for a recent Salt Lake City mayoral debate was easy because one candidate never showed up.

Candidate Dave Buhler spent an hour touting his record before the Salt Lake County Bar Association, waiting for an appearance from opponent Ralph Becker. But Becker never came.
The reason? Becker claims neither he nor anyone on his staff has any record of being notified of the debate until after it was over.
