(KSL News) A Utah man accused of using text messages to lure a 13-year-old girl to meet him ends up meeting police instead.
Police say 27-year-old Jose Galvan had been texting the girl's phone and wanted to meet to have sex. The girl's mother discovered the texts and contacted police.
Detectives then used the girl's phone to arrange a meeting last Friday.
Galvan was arrested and booked into the Weber County Jail for solicitation of a child.
