(KSL News) A Utah doctor who pleaded guilty to running a drug ring is scheduled to be sentenced today.
Alexander Theodore pleaded guilty in March to operating a fake clinic in order to get oxycontin and sell it on the black market.
The scheme involved more than 150 other people, and Theodore has agreed to testify against them.
