SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Dixie State College is slowly getting closer to becoming the University of Utah, St. George.
The University of Utah board of trustees has agreed to begin exploring the proposed partnership between the two schools. A task force of officials from both schools is being formed to sort out the details.
The cost has also not been determined. And the proposal would still need to be approved by the state.
