(KSL News) The preliminary hearing for a man accused of killing a 10-year-old boy was postponed today.
It was postponed because Pedro Gaucin-Canales asked the judge for a new attorney.
He and Rebecca Hernandez-Velasco are charged with murder.

Prosecutors say the pair forced Josue Hernandez-Velasco into a vat of ice at The Melting Pot Restaurant last July. The boy died.
Both will be back in court in November.
