(KSL News) An extreme skydiving event turned deadly in Moab during the weekend.
Christopher Price of Park City was jumping with a group of 22 other people, participating in the fourth year of Skydive Moab.
But when the group landed, Price was unaccounted for. His body was found about a mile away.
Investigators say they're not sure why his parachute or his reserve parachute failed to deploy.
