PARK CITY, Utah (AP) -- An inmate has been caught after he walked away from a work release program early this morning.
Authorities say 26-year-old Charles McCurdy was found around 10 am today, and is now in police custody in Midvale.
Deputies say two other people were also arrested for investigation of aiding in an escape. They're now in the Summit County Jail.
Officers say McCurdy was picking up laundry from a hotel around 3:00 am this morning when he walked away.
McCurdy was serving time for drug charges and was expected to be released in just a month. However, authorities say he'll now face charges for his escape.
