(KSL News) Utah First Lady Mary Kay Huntsman is encouraging Utahns to eat dinner with their families.
On this National Family Day, she used a recent study conducted by the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University (CASA) to say eating together is healthy in ways far more important than nutrition.

The study says children who eat dinner with their family are less likely to use drugs, smoke,or drink alcohol.
Huntsman also encouraged families to talk to each other to foster relationships between parents and children.
