(KSL News) Bountiful police have arrested a man accused of inappropriately touching female joggers.
Nicholas Misener, 18, is charged with four counts of sexual battery.
Police say he approached women who were jogging alone on Bountiful Boulevard and touched them inappropriately.
Misener was booked into the Davis County Jail.
