(KSL News) Primary Children's Medical Center kicked off its annual "Pennies by the Inch" campaign today, Harry Potter style.
Patients and friends were invited to cast a magic spell over the community to raise funds for charitable care. "One hundred percent of the funds that are donated are directly used for medical care for a child, or a wizard, or a muggle like we are," Irma Blake, chairperson for the campaign, said.
Last year the door-to-door campaign raised $7 million for the hospital.
