(KSL News) -- Twelve Utah law enforcement officers across the state lost their jobs because of misconduct.
Their crimes include having sex with inmates, attempted aggravated murder, sexual battery, domestic violence and stealing medication from a county jail.
A discipline council revoked or suspended certifications of a dozen former officers for up to four years.
