This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

When you're going to meet an orthopedic specialist about your shoulder problem, I'm sure you're not thinking, "Wow, what a stunning doctor's office." However, that's exactly what you think when you go to Utah Orthopaedics at 5782 Adams Parkway in Ogden.

Dr. Dann Byck (bick) and Dr. Jeffery Rocco decided to build their orthopedic medical office so it will still be functioning 100 years from now. This is a Platinum LEED-certified building not only has breathtaking views but also utilizes some of the most advanced and environmentally-friendly technology. This includes using solar and wind energy, harvesting natural light and using a completely digital records and radiology system. The air is refreshed every four hours, and you can tell.

Utah Orthopaedics has quickly grown to over 20 employees with a complete physical therapy team on board, adding to the job creation so critical to the Utah economy. With such a wealth of outdoor activities in Utah, we're surrounded by weekend warriors who push it and end up needing an expert. The word is out on the ability of the team at Utah Orthopaedics.

Their commitment to Utah's environment and our community can serve as a statement about the expertise Dr. Rocco and Dr. Byck bring to the table. Between these physicians they have specialties in sports medicine, shoulders, knees, joints and foot and ankle and have published articles about their work. They have enough experience to travel nationally to train other physicians in techniques they've already mastered. Their plan is to be one stop for multiple orthopedic specialties in this environmentally-friendly building, showing by example how green building and running a successful business can be done.

They are a great example of why Utah's healthcare system is one of the top in the nation. Our state is also ahead of the game in adopting electronic health records. Besides giving back to our environment with their Platinum LEED-certified building, Utah Orthopaedics does their share of charity work. These are physicians who provide specialty care, with the highest skill, close to home.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
