This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

Dr. Jeffrey DeGrauw was inspired to start Wasatch Peak Family Practice 10 years ago because he loves general practice and being able to apply his medical background to all systems of the body. When he decided to be a doctor, he thought, "How can I specialize and do just one thing?"

He says no two days are alike and is so in tune with his patients that he had four generations in one room, and he had delivered the third and fourth generation. Think about how well he knows the family medical history.

This practice is growing with the additions of Dr. David Butters and Dr. Kevin Gardner. Wasatch Peak Family Practice has 14 employees in the new location at 1580 W. Antelope Dr. in Layton. The growth plans include bringing on more doctors and employees because the word is getting out about these talented general practioners and their expertise.

Health care is an area where Utah is leading out because of our managed cost and successful programs like UHIN, where the medical community came together to create an electronic invoice system. Intermountain Health Care is also rated as one of the nation's top health organizations.

By the way, the doctors of Wasatch Peak Family Practice are well connected, and they have no problem referring one of their patients to a specialist. They know the best in Utah and can help get you on the road to recovery with their quick turnaround and the network they've developed from being in the medical community for so long.

These are the kind of medical professionals that when they meet with moms who have a two-month old baby, the first thing they ask is how mom is doing. They want to know that first because up to 15 percent of new moms can be experiencing post partum depression and not know it. The doctor is interested in her functionality because of the critical nature of this challenge.

The doctors at Wasatch Peak Family Practice all share in the ideals of family practice and enjoy what they do.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
