LEHI -- You've got to admit, Disney has done pretty well for itself when it comes to brand loyalty and inspiring creativity.
If any corporation can expand in good times and in bad times and think of new ways to do business, it's Disney.

Lehi Area Chamber of Commerce President Donna Milakovic said, "If you haven't seen Mickey Mouse around, then you've been walking around with your eyes closed. He's everywhere."
Milakovic says when she learned that an arm of the Disney company trains employers on how to increase their business, she had to get them to come here.
"If any corporation can really expand in good times and in bad times and think of new ways to do business, it's Disney," she said.

Some business owners may think, "Well, Disney is an entertainment company and mine isn't." But Milakovic says the instructors will speak about their company leadership model and people management, along with building brand loyalty and inspiring creativity, which are concepts all companies need to master.
"So many business people look at their business as numbers. But it doesn't matter what business you're in, you're always in the business of people," she said.
