(KSL News) -- A judge lifted a no contact order against polygamist John Daniel Kingston this afternoon.
The order barred Kingston from any contact with children he fathered with wife Heidi Matingly.
The state removed the children from the couple's custody in 2004, due to reports of abuse and neglect.
Mattingly had regained custody of her children, but Kingston was not allowed contact with the kids until now.
