(KSL News) A Utah contractor has been convicted of tax evasion.
Prosecutors say Scott Beal of Beal Construction never filed legitimate tax returns and made efforts to conceal his income to avoid paying taxes.
Beal faces up to 15 years in prison. He will also be required to pay his back taxes along with any interest and fines.
