Police want to question him about a stabbing last night near 3rd East and 7th South. A 14-year-old girl was walking home from the library with two friends when three boys approached them. One pulled a knife and stabbed the girl three times in the back.
Lt. Gary Layton, Salt Lake City Police Dept.: "They claim they've never seen them before. The boys claimed affiliation with a gang. They said the name of another gang and apparently that started everything."
