(KSL News) The public is asked to give its opinions on preliminary approval for a new coal-fired power plant.
The 270-megawatt plant would be build near Sigurd.
Groups like the Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment believe the plant will increase pollution along the Wasatch Front.
