(KSL News) A man charged with illegally selling a gun to the Trolley Square shooter is in jail.

Police arrested MacKenzie Glade Hunter, of Herriman, yesterday. Hunter is accused of violating a condition of his pre-trial release, but police aren't giving specifics.

Hunter and three other men were indicted in May on federal charges of either illegally selling the weapons to Suleman Talovic or lying to investigators.

All four were released as they waited for their trials.

It was just before Valentine's Day this year when Talovic walked into the Trolley Square Mall and shot nine people, killing five before police shot and killed him.

The gun Hunter is accused of selling Talovic fired one of the fatal shots.
