(KSL News) -- She's hairy, tiny, and has the face only a mother could love. Hogle Zoo introduced its youngest addition to the public today.
This is Acara. Her mother, Eve, delivered Acara on Mother's Day.
Acara was delivered by emergency C-section so it was hard to teach Eve to care for the new baby. Veterinarians worked with the pair for nine and a half months to get them acquainted with one another.
Zoo officials now say Eve and Acara are inseparable!
