LAPOINT, Utah (AP) -- A fourth brother has been arrested in a deadly Uintah County shooting that started with an argument over a broken car window.
Police arrested 23-year-old Bruce Silva Wednesday in Tijuana, Mexico, a day after they arrested 20-year-old Kevin Silva, 19-year-old Alberto Silva and 23-year-old Adrian Silva.
The four brothers from Myton have been charged with murder and attempted murder in connection with a June 18 shooting that left 25-year-old James Carey dead and 34-year-old Jared Hurley wounded.
Charging documents indicate Bruce Silva was at a home in Lapoint and became upset that someone broke his car window. He left and returned with a group of people carrying baseball bats.
It wasn't immediately clear is any of the suspects had attorneys.
