MADRID, Feb 22, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- A Spanish woman has given birth to a 15-pound baby girl, one of the largest in the country's history, El Mundo newspaper reported Wednesday.
It was the second large child for the 38-year-old mother known only by her first name, Rosario. Her first child weighed in at 10.2 pounds.
The child's father said he also had a child with another woman that was exceptionally large at birth, weighing in at a whopping 17 pounds.
