(KSL News) -- A car stalled on I-15 near Ogden, causing heavy traffic during the morning commute.
A semi truck hauling rebar was following the car. It slowed and stopped in time. But the driver couldn't go around the stalled car, because of traffic.
Meanwhile another vehicle came up behind the semi, and slammed right into it. The car went under the rebar, which sheared off the top of the car.
The driver and all three passengers suffered minor injuries.
