Keith McCord ReportingSo, what was happening at the Salt Lake games four years ago?

One of the most popular Olympic teams over the years has been the bobsledders from Jamaica! And for the Salt Lake games, they trained in Evanston, Wyoming; the town "adopted" them!

"Yeah, they've been in and out of Evanston for the past six weeks or so, and they're just a great bunch of guys."

They always drew a crowd; always signed many autographs, and never won an Olympic medal!

You can't run an Olympics without thousands of these little blue buildings! Yeah, portable toilets were brought in from all over the western United States, and set up at all the venues. Keeping them accounted for, cleaned and serviced, was all orchestrated in a "war room" of sorts.

The arts were showcased during the games. At an Abravanel Hall exhibit, Steinway pianos, actually played by famous musicians, were set up and available for public play-- for free.

"I think it's neat. It's hands on, it's not 'Don't touch.' It's go ahead and touch."

And, it seemed like at every Olympic venue, there was always some side-show entertainment. Prior to the Ski Jump competition, some dogs jumped through the air, dazzling the crowd! A lot going on, "4 Years Ago Today".
