(KSL News) -- A car caused a TRAX train to derail this morning, and there have been minor delays to service all afternoon.
U-T-A says the car ran a red light near 800 S. 200 West, and hit the train fast enough to force it off the tracks. It also damaged the power supply to that part of the line.
No one on the train was injured.
This is the second accident TRAX has had at this location where a driver ran a red light.
