SAINT CHARLES, Idaho (AP) -- Seismologists say a minor earthquake has struck southeastern Idaho near the Utah border.
The University of Utah Seismograph Stations says the magnitude 3.6 quake occurred around 9:40 p.m. Monday. It was centered in the Bear River Range, four miles north of the Utah-Idaho border and 11 miles west of Saint Charles, Idaho.
The earthquake was reported felt in Preston, Idaho; Smithfield, Utah; and Logan, Utah.
There were no immediate reports of damage.
