(KSL News) -- Skeleton racer Zach Lund may not be able to compete in the Olympics after all.
Lund tested positive for a banned substance he claimed was in fact a medication taken for hair loss. The US Anti Doping Committee then gave Lund a warning, but did not suspend him, allowing him to compete this month in Torino.
The World Anti-Doping is now appealing the decision to the the Court of Arbitration for sport, saying the decision was too lenient.
