(KSL News) -- Hazmat crews were called to a Midvale neighborhood Wednesday night to investigate a suspicious smell.
Dispatchers received a call from a homeowner who said he could smell gasoline in his home. Hazmat crews tested the home and discovered the same smell in five other nearby homes.
Authorities stayed in the area, but say the smell has dissipated and no longer poses a threat.
