(KSL News) -- West Valley Police say they've arrested the gunman who shot a man last week in a strip mall parking lot.
Qua Pham is now in the Salt Lake County Jail, charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm.
Police say Pham sat in a car and shot Dat Nguyen four times last week following a fight. Nguyen survived.
