(KSL News) -- A man accused of fatally shooting his father will remain in the State Hospital, for now.
Benjamin Joseph Gully has been undergoing mental health treatment since the 2004 shooting during a hunting trip with his father.
Gully's lawyers entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity due to the fact Gully bipolar. Yesterday, a judge ruled he was incompetent to stand trial, meaning all proceedings will be put off until Gully is competent.
