HERRIMAN -- About 1,000 Rocky Mountain Power customers in Herriman and Riverton have no electricity this morning.
The utility says an outage knocked out power to 1,100 customers just before 6 a.m.
Crews are trying to pinpoint the problem and say it is in an underground line.
The affected area is roughly between 13400 South and 13500 South, from 3900 West to 5100 West.
Rocky Mountain Power is not sure how long it will take to restore power. The outage is impacting traffic lights. Get traffic updates on KSL Newsradio 102.7FM/1160AM.
