CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) -- A Utah man has pleaded guilty to federal charges in connection with a naked rampage last summer on Interstate 80 in south-central Wyoming.

Armando Juan Cano of Moroni, Utah, pleaded guilty last week in Casper to attempted carjacking and using a firearm during a violent crime.

Prosecutors agreed to drop two other criminal charges.

Authorities say Cano rammed another vehicle, fired shots from a stolen handgun and ran naked in traffic. The nighttime rampage happened last June, about 33 miles west of Rawlins.

The attempted carjacking charge can carry up to 15 years in prison and the firearm charge carries 10 more years. Sentencing is set for July.
