SPANISH FORK -- Police say a missing woman from Spanish Fork has been found safe in California.
The Spanish Fork Police Department said in a release that it received a report from the San Diego County Sheriff's Office around 1 a.m. Wednesday that 34-year-old Kim Shields was located in Spring Valley, Calif. with a co-worker.
"Kim expressed that she needed time away to contemplate some personal issues," the release said.
Shields was last seen on the morning of March 25 when she left for work. Her husband told investigators he last spoken with her on the phone that evening at 9:00. When she had not returned home the next morning, he called police.
