(KSL News) -- The trial of a man accused of lying about the disappearance of a Spanish Fork teen has been delayed.
Timmy Brent Olsen was supposed to go on trial later this month, but the start date haas been pushed back to February 21st.
However, Olsen will make a court appearance this month to determine whether or not he will stay in federal custody until his trial.
Olsen faces charges of lying to an FBI agent and a federal grand jury in connection with 1995 disappearance of Kiplyn Davis.
