Sammy Linebaugh Reporting If your list of New Year's resolutions includes spending more quality time with your sweetheart, or maybe trying something different -- a new hobby, perhaps Tango lessons. Sally Jacobsen: "It's my first adventure doing anything outside of sports."

Wayne Jacobsen: "It just has such a pronounced beat to it, snap."

If feet did the talking, here they would speak a love story.

Marcello Cassibba, Tango Grill Owner: "There are a lot of sensual moves, and all of that expresses a certain seriousness about the dance itself. It's a lot about respect. The Tango teaches you respect."

Marcello Cassibba recently opened the Tango Grill in downtown Salt Lake, featuring not just food, but the dance.

Tango lessons start with the basic steps -- men on one side, women on the other. Wayne and Sally Jacobsen have become regulars.

Wayne Jacobsen: "I took it up because of the music, and because I wanted to dance with my wife."

Sally Jacobsen: "I've never felt graceful before, and it's an adventure into someone else's culture."

From live music, featuring the Bandaleone, to live performance, including the flash of flaminco, Tango grill immerses customers in the flavor of Argentina, and already is enticing a growing number of Utahns to step out of the norm.

Anne Leppert, Learning to Tango: “Following the lead of the man really requires a lot of coordination with him, and that’s new to me.”

Sally Jacobsen: "I think I can be graceful. Suddenly at my age, I can dance."

Marcello: "If you don't know how, don't worry about it. We've got everybody here knows how to do this so we'll teach you."

And he means everybody.
