Paul Nelson, KSL NewsradioRealtors say one room in your house can either make or break a possible sale.
If you really want to impress a potential home buyer, you need to have a theater room.
Prudential Realtor Sue Ann Wilkinson says, "That was really important to them. Their neighbors had it, and they want to build it out."
Wilkinson says you don't just need to have a large room to put a theater in. She says you need stadium seating, and maybe even a tiered-off section.
"The homes that don't have the tiers, that becomes a little bit of a disappointment on a resell," she says.
Wilkinson says this is mostly true for high-end homes. She says last year, not having a theater room was a potential deal breaker.
