(KSL News) -- A four-year old girl found wandering the streets of West Valley will stay in state custody.
Today in court a judge decided Emily Wilson can stay with her aunt and uncle until her mother's preliminary trial in January.
Her mom can have supervised visits, but her stepfather cannot have any contact with her.
Emily has been in state custody since she was found in West Valley Friday. Her stepfather was supposed to be watching her.
