SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake Area Gang Project's "Public Enemy Number One" for this week is David Andrew Fink.
Fink, 33, is a member of a white supremacist gang and is wanted for a federal probation violation. His previous criminal history includes arrests for simple assault, aggravated assault, robbery, possession of a dangerous weapon, forgery, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and theft by receiving stolen property.

- Tattoos
He is 6 feet 1 inch tall with blue eyes and blond hair. His tattoos include "White Power" on his arms; "Castle" on his upper chest; a swastika, iron cross and a dragon on his abdomen; a mask design on his throat; and a lion and triangle design on the back of his neck.

Individuals who provide information leading to the arrest of Fink may be eligible for a cash reward. Tips will remain anonymous.
