(KSL News) A 41-year-old man is in serious but stable condition this morning after a drunk driving accident.
Police say it wasn't the driver who was drinking, it was the pedestrian. They say a man was intoxicated, collapsed in the middle of a street in Sugarhouse, and a car ran over him.
Police say the driver didn't see the man lying in the road and drove over his chest.
